What kind of moron likes Green Day?

I mean...the last hit they had was American Idiot. What have they done since then? 21st Century Breakdown? Please....that album is mediocre at best. The best song was "See the Light," and that's just because it was the final song and told us the album was over!

Like seriously, Green Day is so yesterday. You oughta get into Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers. That is real music right there.

I love Green Day in general and they will always be a special band for me. Musically, I still like them but nowhere near as much as I used to. Time was, I'd listen to nothing but Green Day 24/7. That was a few years ago, and my tastes have expanded a bit now, so I'm into more things and not as much into Green Day anymore.

Doesn't make me any less excited for 21CB though

Yes I still love them. Just because I don't listen to them everyday doesn't mean I'm any less of a fan. At the minute I've been listening to certain other bands a lot more but Green Day are still my favourite band. I wouldn't want to listen to Green Day constantly-there's so much other great music that needs to be listened to

I still love Green Day more than every other band. They helped me in a lot of situations with their lyrics.

Though I'm not that crazy about them than i was back in 2007 and 2008. I got into a lot of other - harder - music.

They're still my favourite band ever.

They are my favorite band. However, after like 5 years of no new album, I did go through these like month long periods of just not listening to them so as to not become bored of them. I couldn't be more excited about the new album though.

yes i do like them. but i went thru a couple of years where i just stopped listening to them. I didnt dislike them but i really didnt have the need to listen to them and was going thru obsessions of other bands, so they kinda got forgotten about. Now however, its like I'm rediscovering them, back when AI came out i was OBSESSED but I think because I've matured since then (back then i was a 13 fan girl ) my 'love' for them will never be to the same extent it was

lol yeah, it is a bit bizarre But ya know, it happens. I lost interest in GD after Warning for a little while. But it picked right back up stronger than ever after AI. But I've NEVER stopped loving them, and I never will

There are times when listening to their albums too often starts to get old, but at this point in my life -- as someone who is a little closer to 30 than he is to 20 -- I have never anticipated any album from any band more than this next Green Day offering.

Simply put: yes, I still very much like them.

I do still like them, but the whole HLAHG thing has pissed me off and is possibly more their fault than we would like to admit. Plus, some people on here tend to gloss over the nastier, less convenient aspects of the band's personalities.
