Well, here's your chance for Billie signed socks... http://cgi.ebay.com/American-Idiot-Billie-Joe-Armstrong-signed-socks-/380324846975
Katarina. Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Well, here's your chance for Billie signed socks... http://cgi.ebay.com/American-Idiot-Billie-Joe-Armstrong-signed-socks-/380324846975 Oh no the red socks. That's great.. I guess.
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Well, here's your chance for Billie signed socks... http://cgi.ebay.com/American-Idiot-Billie-Joe-Armstrong-signed-socks-/380324846975 Lmao   lucky socks! aaaand still not paying for used socks calvin klein though? Expensive brand socks are bullshit.
Tripe Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Lmao   lucky socks! aaaand still not paying for used socks calvin klein though? Expensive brand socks are bullshit. He's gone over to the Dark Side. What is the matter with socks from Target? I notice the description not only has a typo on his name () but it doesn't actually say he wore these in the show. So, hmmmm. They do look like the "lucky socks" he wore during the baseball playoffs, though. They'll probably bring in a big fat chunk of $$ for Broadway Cares, though, so yay.
lizziebix Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Maybe he never really wore them but are just similar to the ones he wears and signed a new pair. Either way, I'm not bidding. Really don't care to own a pair of his socks!
*withoutadoubt* Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 After the whole 'crispy' sock story, I don't think I would buy any socks that any of them had their hands on, lol.
J'net Posted March 30, 2011 Author Posted March 30, 2011 Lmao   lucky socks! aaaand still not paying for used socks calvin klein though? Expensive brand socks are bullshit. Well, they could have been a gift. I'm a sock fanatic, and my friends know it. I often get unusual socks as gifts. On the other hand, if I see a pair of socks I love, I don't care how much they cost - within reason, of course. And BTW, I won't be bidding on these. I'm only fanatic about socks I can wear myself ... don't want anyone else's crispy socks !

Unusual socks are cool, but I think that when completely normal regular nothing-special socks will cost a ton more than other socks just because it's got some designer's name slapped on it, it's stupid.

Oh, yeah - I completely agree. I don't like socks with designer names on them (even if they're in the 50% off bin ).
dria021772 Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 So don't kill me if this has already been asked and answered but will Rebecca be in the play through the final show? I was watching TV last night and there she was again on Nurse Jackie and my daughter said, "I can't wait to see her on Broadway again Mom" TIA for answers
GDM Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 So don't kill me if this has already been asked and answered but will Rebecca be in the play through the final show? I was watching TV last night and there she was again on Nurse Jackie and my daughter said, "I can't wait to see her on Broadway again Mom" TIA for answers I'm pretty sure she's closing out the show. And sorry I never got back to your PM. I just realized I didn't. I hope you got some answers to the seat question!
sundaymorning6am Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 I saw "How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" last night and Mary [Faber] was fantastic! She just keeps proving herself a fantastic performer - you'd never believe she was capable of being in a punk rock opera before doing this! The show is also great - though be warned, it is the polar opposite of AI
TAG Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 [i posted this in the Billie Thread as well] If you have not seen this yet, but they are doing 'IDIOT U' on April 6, 7 and 10 [7:30pm]. The tickets are $27 at the Box Office ONLY. Only two tickets per order and you need a STUDENT ID.

Or is it basically like student rush? ...And if it is just like student rush, why not just call it that?

The difference between this & student rush are the locations of the seats and that fact that you can buy these tickets ahead of time. Someone I know got Orchestra, Row B, center for next Sunday.

I almost posted that there was talk backs because I thought that's what was going to be happening LOL but I guess they're trying to sell more tickets for those dates between that and that other discount going on

-Billiejoezee- Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 who knows, maybe he will! he likes pulling things out of his ass to excite everyone with omg Toniann... "Pulling things out of his ass" Plus, he doesn't even need to take a plane, he can just drive here.
plaid ducky Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Plus, he doesn't even need to take a plane, he can just drive here. Wait... I thought Abbey built a teleporter for him to use. Y'know so that he can pop in on her every once in a while. Psst... Abbey... get up to New York and see Esper's new play. However, don't sit too close. At the beginning of Act 2, you might just jump on stage to get in on that shirtless-boxer action.

I think you quoted the wrong person. I'm not Abbey.
