Fuck, I was planning on going June 14th Monday. Looks to be an open date. I'm in for a wedding on Saturday. Maybe I can make the Sunday show but it's gonna be hard because my whole family is there and they wont understand why I won't be partaking in the post-wedding BS.

Damnit. I had like a group of 20 ready to go.

Looks like I'll be alone (or with my sister and cousin) on Sunday.

CAST: There will be some important people there that weekend. (hint hint). And I am not counting myself as a joke. Completely serious.

GODDAMNIT. Then it looks like I'm not going till August (no can't do it, nothing can stop me) unless I REALLY dont want to piss off my family.

Anyway, might as well say it. Production heads from Universal will be in the audience sometime that week, and when I say HEADS, I mean it in the highest form. The person that will be there, among others, is the last line of defense to red light or green light a movie. Only one person above her/him can red light if she says go. So there is a tuesday show? Looks like I'll have to push my ticket up a day.

So where is the best place to sit for this thang?

I thinkl it would be really interesting to see some of the shows where the understudies fill in. It would be so weird to see someone different in Rebecca's role! They're all so great - I'm sure it was excellent as always.

And I agree with ToniAnn - the Mezz is the place to be for the best view. In Orchestra, the seating is flat enough that your view can be compromised by a tall person in front of you (or, like I had - an annoying couple who keep leaning their heads together to comment to each other throughout the show, ha) The rise is much steeper in the Mezz (and steeper yet in the balcony, eek) so there is a better chance for a great overview of all the stage action. You're still close enough to see facial expressions.
