I remember hearing John Roecker speaking of Heart Like A Hand Grenade on the radio once and he said Tre made some pretty hilarious dirty songs and that When It's Time was recorded then, which was the rarest song at the time by Billie. I really hope that a petition or something gets off so we can all see it. I'm sure it would make it a great profit. What Green Day fan wouldn't want to see this?!
