I'd love it if FBHT made a new album :)

Stop Drop and Roll was so much fun. I'd love to go through it again.

Mmmh, I am torn... I'd like to see that Green Day produces albums faster but it's always fun to listen to their other music

yeah i agree, but listening to there old stuff over and over gets boring sometimes. But then when i listen to there new stuff i think "hmmm, i could just listen to ......." so i cant win, and when i listen to the old stuff i'm like "hmmm, i need some new stuff to listen too"

Yep, and during this time I find new bands and their place as my fav band is in danger

I want the Tubbies and The Network to tour together. The Network will have a new album to support.

Is that likely?

Is that likely?

No, no it's not.

Is that likely?

I don't think so.

y'see thats why although i wish i was a fan since '89, im also happy that i got into the band in late '05.

because for 2 & 1/2 years it was all about me finding as many green day albums as i could. i didnt have time to get into other bands!

i stopped for a little bit when i got into the network, and then when i finally got done with all the green day albums, FHT was starting up 3 months later,

not to mention PHGP after that!

that's perfect timing!

there's always a downside- when somebody asks me what bands i like besides green day, i have to tell them The Network or Pinhead Gunpowder :P

but that's cool with me =D

that's being a true fucking fan

^ sarcastic or no?

Umm, no.

The spontaneity & surprise of FHT is what made it so awesome.

I really think a new album would just ruin that.

Posted

^ agree. The whole foxboro thing was awsome, and I still listen to the record.

But new record would just ruin it a bit.

^ i agree, and wait The Network is 80s? i always thought it was futuristic music :P

It sounds like that to me :P

I thought it was cool hearing a different side of Green Day we've never heard before, but I didn't like it as much as the Green Day I fell in love with a while back.

Billies vocals=did not like much this time :/

It'd be fine with or without a new FBHT album.

I love Billie's voice on the Foxboro album, you can really hear how it's developed and diversified over the years. A good sign of things to come I think

God, I hope not.

I asked the bloke in the record shop if they stocked Foxboro Hot Tubs and he laughed and said "That rubbish Green Day side band? Why would we stock them?"

I used to love that shop and since that comment was made I don't like it quite as much

^ You should've cussed dude out ~ Those kinds of comments are really bad for business lol

Yes yes yes! I wonder what he will do with his voice on 21 CB

Horrible??

I bet you wanted to write adorable

not, horrible, SDAR containis good songs, but bj sounds bad, is the reason why he use synthesizers in his voice

and, I see live performaces of bj very drunk and he sings better than that

Posted

^I don't think he used synthesizers or anything like that on his voice for the Foxie songs, sounds all-natural to me.

Posted

There were some songs like that to make it sound old school, I thought it was cool.
