I don't see the need for having another guitarist. And even the Joasons backround vocals seem pretty useless to me. Mikes were fine.

Guess that could fit into that plan.Also...the tour is starting in July...so they will tour for 7 months in 2009, and all of 2010, apparently.

I love the old concerts when he had the guitar on ALL THE TIME... hope he don't give up completly to this.. I mean... Hope at least play it in a few songs in the new tour and maaaan! Hope they come to South America next year! !!!

LDM_300 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Billie probably won't play on the new stuff or A.I. stuff but when I saw them in august of 05 Billie still played guitar on all the older songs like Basket Case, Hitchin' a ride etc. so it's not like he'll be without his guitar for the entire show, and even if that's the case, people don't pay good money just to watch him play guitar, Billie is a showman, so I'm sure it'll be great with or without the guitar

Billie needs to play his guitar, he's a great frontman and all, but even less guitar? No. And I don't see why they need 3 guitarists and more background vocals, it was fine how it was.
