Broadway Calls. I saw them in February and they said, they would be back in September. So, I am hoping now, that they probably meant the Green Day Tour. That would be my perfect concert.

I really think My Chemical Romance will be a perfect opening band.

Even though I could probably find a bunch of people who posted in this thread who don't think so

broadway calls is very likely i think. as for who i would like to see, millencolin would be pretty sweet. as would the bouncing souls.

i would cream my pants if less than jake would do it, their drummer vinny said that he would love for them to play with green day. doubt it would happen though

its rumored that blink would open for green day....i read that last month....

but i think blink is going to change their entire music entirely and everyone will still like them

but when green day came out with AI, everyone said they sold out...all the idiots in my school anyways

It depends on your definition of sold out. If to you, selling out means making money for stuff that other people do for free, then hell yeah they sold out. If by selling out you mean abandoning your roots, then hell no, Green Day didn't abandon the punk community. Gilman abandoned them because they are all self-righteous bastards who think that they define what punk is.

Idk.

if they ever come here it'd be some stupid dominican band anyway

so who cares.

won't happen anyway

I feel so torn. I love Blink 182. But most of you that know me are well aware of my long-time hatred of Tom DeLonge. That's why I felt so weird when they got back together.

no way will blink open for green day, they will want a tour of their own. i read that blinks touring plan for this year is pretty limited anyway. i think theres more chance of them doing the warped tour.

i would quite like billy talent to do it as well

I hope to God blink does not open for green day.

Punchline or any indie band that sounds decent.

God doesn't take requests about Blink. They disturb him...

I'm Sorry But I Have To Disagree About The Whole Foxboro Hot Tubs And The Network Thing. If Green Day Open For Themselves It Probably Tires Them Out To Be Playing For About 3-4 Hours. So There Ya Go.

Ahh, but The Network have opened for Green Day before :sherlock:

Rise Against would be really good, and I think the All-American Rejects would work too. The Living End would be fan-fucking-tastic.

Blink-182 are too big right now on their own to tour with Green Day. But I must admit, as long as they don't overcharge on tickets, it would be an excellent way to kill two birds with one stone.
