As long as there's pre-sales tickets, I'm happy. But I hope there will be more stuff when the album will be released and the tour will start.

You mean on IC? I've thought over and over about joining, but not too sure about the forum... Not sure what it includes, what you get, what you're paying for, exactly. Though like I said, if it means I"ll get a first crack at my local tickets, then I'm all up in that.

oh, do you live far away from Oslo? :0

Yup, I live "quite close" to Trondheim. If you know where that is?

I'm pretty sure I've asked this before but does anyone know about how much floor tickets would cost?

Also- when ordering tickets through ticketmaster, it always asks if you want "best available", do they usually group floor seats as best available?

Annnnd- does anyone know if the tickets (for the presale) on IC are floor seats?

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm already stressing about tickets haah

Well, I know the name of the city, but I don't really know where it is :P

Usually, the cost of tickets depends on the city and/or venue. At least, that's what I've found. So it varies.

I have never seen floor seats, or general admission, on best available, but that doesn't mean they don't sell them that way. I'm really not sure about that myself.

And I know nohting about presale IC tickets... but this is a good time to start stressing about tickets, cause I sure am  I'm trying to decide the best plan of attack.

Yeah I mean on the IC. You should join for the pre-sales tickets, but except this, there's not a lot of things right now. Sometimes, there's contests. Their forum doesn't beat GDC. I'm a member since October and this is the first time I'm one, so I don't know how it will be when the album will be released.

Ugh. Me too. I've always been completely against the idea of joining the IC but I'm really getting scared considering how many new fans they've accumulated since '04 AND the idea of them playing only arenas is freaking me out. I like arenas better but it's going to make every show sell out super fast.

When I saw them I only paid $25 for GA and it was during the presales. I think the presale for that show only lasted 2 hours until it closed and then regular ticket sales started a couple of months later.

Yuss, they better come to Glasgow.

Yeah... I think I may join, just for the halibut, and see what happens. presales are worth 20 bucks. Isn't that how much it still is?

For GA? Is that Georgia? lol 25 bucks for a ticket is awesome. We paid around 60 for ours during that tour... But I MUST have tickets, so I shall do what I have to do :) lol

lol no. General Admission/Floor.

$60 is insane! I didn't know it was different in each state. Totally worth it though.

Yeah, w/ the charges, surcharges, service charges, blah blah blah it was around 120 bucks for 2 tickets. But yes, you are correct. Completely worth it... Last year, me and my best friend looked into buying two tix to see Coldplay. It would've cost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to see them in Houston. INSANE! There is only one band that I'd pay that much to see, and it sure ain't Coldplay lol

^Hmm, I wonder which band that might be... :/

oh my gawwwd. Mine were $25 AFTER the surcharges and shipping and whatnot. Even $60 a ticket makes me love them even more. How can a band charge 300 much for tickets? Especially if they already have millions.

I saw Bob Dylan two years ago and tickets for the floor were only $40. I think that's pretty amazing.

I can't wait to see them live again... all around the world!! eek!

I've been kicking myself for not being able to make it to any of their AI tour shows for 4 year now. Now I finally get a chance to see them! best fucken week ever!!

Yeah, not much of a stretch to guess that one

long beach arena!

and i've been to one in costa mesa. don't know what it's called though.

Never been to Long Beach Arena, or Long Beach in general. I should go there though. I now have someone to visit at CSULB, so I could go visit her and see Green Day all in one day.

I don't know of an arena in Costa Mesa, because I don't really know where any are in general, but there is Pacific Amphitheatre. OH! I just realized that if they play at amphitheatres at all, the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre is around the corner. Oh the possibilities.

I wish Britney tickets were as reasonable as Green Day

You don't even know me that well

And you get my vote for most annoying Mexican since the Taco Bell dog

Buuurn lol

Seriously, I don't get why it costs a fortune to see Britney, who doesn't play anything and probably lip syncs. And it's cheaper to see the greatest fooking band on the planet?

Who knows? Full of self importance is she, mayhap?

You don't even know me that well

Bigger buuuurn

go you!

JOSE!

If I see GD in Houston, we must meet and say hi to each other. I think that would be a good idea, because chances are, I will see them there.

This just made my day even better.

Isn't that outdoors though?

I know they specifically said and indoor arena tour.
