Hermione Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I'm fairly sure Andres checked out that Kaiser Chiefs rumour and confirmed it wasn't true. Would've been cool though. I think it was NME that made that one up originally, no surprise there.Argh hurry up with those tour dates Green Day, I need them!
Kryssi. Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Argh hurry up with those tour dates Green Day, I need them!Exactly!!! I get paid on Friday and if any dates go on sale for any *secret* shows.. I can go. I just hope they're not on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, otherwise I won't be able to go...
IzButt Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I think the tour dates will be announced on Thursday, with Know Your EnemyTHAT WOULD BE LOVELY!Oh I didn't think of that. Now I'm hoping!
mitzymoo Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 OK, I hate whining but WHEN THE HELL WILL THEY ANNOUNCE TOUR DATES?! yes i know we dates NOW!!!! yea this is getting weird, they need to announce dates soon, plans need to be made soonplans need to be made indeed i only know when if i can go when they release the dates i sure hope they do more than one date in ireland :/ I think the tour dates will be announced on Thursday, with Know Your Enemyi sure hope your right it would be great if they did Just seen in a U.K paper that kaiser cheifs are supporting them on the north america leg./http://www.dailystar.co.uk/posts/view/74951/Live-from-Sydney-at-the-V-Festival/ soz if allready been posted that link doesnt seem to be working for me
marie1986 Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 tomorrow or thursday would be ideal to announce dates!!
Kryssi. Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Maybe they're going to wait until more material of theirs has been heard before they start releasing tour dates.
mandypants19 Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I think the tour dates will be announced on Thursday, with Know Your Enemyooh, that would be great! i hope they do.
TheMinority Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 Sounds like a good plane... hope the don't skip Finland this time. Or Sweden for that matter.. Haven't seen them in such a long time now. Would be great to see them again
14razorbacks Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 I know it's pretty much next to impossible.... but I hope they play a smaller club (perferably one that is 21+). The larger shows are still fun, but nothing can beat the smaller shows.booo!Small shows yes, but all ages for sure.
belinda jane Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 smaller shows are so much more intimate. it'd be amazing.
Nimrod99 Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 booo!Small shows yes, but all ages for sure.I like all ages shows if there's a mature crowd (I'm not a fan of the teenie screms), that's why I said the 21+ shows. That's not to say that all teenagers are screaming idiots.
Kryssi. Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 I hope a few of the concerts they do in the UK are 18+, it just stops those annoying screamers.
belinda jane Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 i hope so as well (in aus). whew, that'd be one heck of a show.
Nimrod99 Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 I hope a few of the concerts they do in the UK are 18+, it just stops those annoying screamers.Yeah, I totally agree with you there. It wasn't fun having fuzzy hearing because of all the annoying screaming.
Kryssi. Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 It just makes sense. Most places that are 18+ due to liquer licences are small clubs, if they can do that with FHT (I think they did) they can do it this time around. I hate all those really socially and mentally retarded fans that don't even like anything before AI or just like the 'classic' songs... or Billy Jo....
belinda jane Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 lol @ billy jo.when i saw them last, this girl next to me hardly knew the stuff off AI.total fan she is.

I was waiting in line to get into a show, and this idiotic teenie went off saying all of the dirty things she wanted to do to one of the band members. I wanted to vomit.
Princess Consuela Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 I think the tour dates will be announced on Thursday, with Know Your EnemyI was thinking that too. Let's hope so!
Psycho Britney Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 I hope a few of the concerts they do in the UK are 18+, it just stops those annoying screamers.Hehe! Hate to say it though but over 18s scream as well!(Including myself who is over 18)

I wanted to vomit.Ugh, that's the worst.I hate it when little fangirls (or sometimes fanboys) start talking about how they want to "do" a member, or members of the band. It's all fine and dandy to find the guys in the band hot, but seriously, no one wants to hear the details of what some of these kids want to do with the band.
Kryssi. Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 ^ You would know if they were. There'd be a fucking frenzy.
Seedless_Reject Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 ^ You would know if they were. There'd be a fucking frenzy. you're right
BassChick_GD Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 oh gosh, with my luck I'll be in France when they come to Philadelphia.
