Eighty. Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 if mexico counts like north america ill be there pretty soondoes it?Yes! I think Mexico counts like north america, in the American idiot tour it wasthis is an interview of Billie Joe:What’s the story with touring?Touring? Oh, lots of it [laughs]. I think we start in June in the US and then we’re going to Europe after that and then South America, Australia, Japan. And then come back and do the whole thing all over again probably. So I've been comparing with the american idiot tour and in the USA they could be around 2 months more or less and then they'll come to europe, Japan, south america and finally they'll return to the USAIf you want to look it: http://www.greendayauthority.com/tour/index.phpSo i hope they come to Spain after August

GTI Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 How early has everyone gotten to the venue's in order to get up front?I'd like to be first or so in line so I can get somewhere around the "island".I guess I'll bring a buddy, just incase we need to take a bathroom break or need food the other can hold our spot.
Kryssi. Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 ^ You might have to go the night before It al depends on their popularity in the area that you're going to see them. Maybe leave at 5am? I'm going to leave at 7am when they tour over here eventually.
Nimrod99 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 I know it's pretty much next to impossible.... but I hope they play a smaller club (perferably one that is 21+). The larger shows are still fun, but nothing can beat the smaller shows.
marie1986 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 i was hoping after that first show played on tuesday...that we would get some tour info! seriously...most bands who are touring during the summer have their dates announced already. maybe next week?
xsarahishellx Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 i hope to god that if they are playing in the UK around september time that they dont do any of the dates whilst im in new york :/

I'm going to leave at 7am when they tour over here eventually.I might have to go the night before because I'm relying on public transport, and there might not be buses/trains leaving early enough for my liking. My sister and I have decided we're prepared to wait overnight of we have to
Zalex Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Yeah I was wondering about that...for arena shows do people actually wait overnight? Or just go really early in the morning (like 5am?)
Foxboro Hot Tubs Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Yeah I was wondering about that...for arena shows do people actually wait overnight? Or just go really early in the morning (like 5am?)I would also like to know that .. I've never been to such an arena show

Comrade Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 I'm planning on getting one of the early trains to try and get near the front of the queue. Or getting on the guest list with the music magazine I work for. Just walk in before everyone else that queued for hours.........and become the most hated person alive in doing so.

Kryssi. Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Yeah, that Kaiser Chiefs story was hugely believed to be a rumour, as it wasn't confirmed by the bands management... but who knows. They can be a fun band.
amy_runs Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I think the tour dates will be announced on Thursday, with Know Your Enemy
