Starbug Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Just talked to a friend who´s an admin of a forum and managed the shirt-thing there. He said we just need a vector graphic of the picture we want to have printed on the shirt. If we get enough people who agree with the t-shirt-idea, we actually just need to find a good website that prints shirts in a good quality.Has anyone brought this up to Andres at all? Someone should. I'm sure he'll see this.
Anja Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 ... be sure to wear flowers in your hair."Some" And it´s the best decision you can make, rootbeersoup (don´t know your real name right now).
rootbeersoup Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Yeah, we're all fat here, too But we have a LOT of rednecks. We are the armpit of the South, and proud of it! lol Seriously, rednecks abound. But they're not all bad.Not to mention the South is extremely racistYou'd be surprised to know that there are still segregated proms in parts of our state.I always knew you were into men XDFrisco is way overdue for another earthquake though. you just can't win..I never think about stuff like this. i just get itchy footed to go explore and live in different places. can't help it.PS. do you have a southern accent??LOL you'll have to ask Kelsey.... She used to laugh at the way I said "sound" and I say "on" like a Bostonian, "awn"But apparently she says it's not a Southern accent... But I'm sure I probably sound different to most Northerners (I hate hearing my own voice lol)
rootbeersoup Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 The only thing that bothers me about the south is the crazy uneducated religious nuts. like the god hates fags people..I seriously don't know anyone who goes to church.. And i have nothing against fat people Yeah lots of religious racists in the South, but not New Orleans... New Orleans is EXTREMELY democratic...

Anja Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Has anyone brought this up to Andres at all? Someone should. I'm sure he'll see this.Don´t know. But if we would really do this it might be easier just to agree upon the look of the shirt and then people should find a provider by themselves. I mean, shipping costs are sometimes inhumanely expensive.

I don't notice my accent so much until I get around people from somewhere else, and they think it's cute or laugh at me. Though I don't detect it lol I do detect that it gets worse the more tired I am.The only thing that bothers me about the south is the crazy uneducated religious nuts. like the god hates fags people..I seriously don't know anyone who goes to church.. And i have nothing against fat people You know me! Kinda. I lead music in a church. I'm spiritual but not religious, and there is a difference. There are people like that around, but they're not violent, they can just get a lil mouthy. I hate it, too, but it's nothing that can't be handled. And it's a good thing about the fat people, cause I am one eek, this is getting a little spammy...
Fuzz Posted February 16, 2009 Author Posted February 16, 2009 I like the idea of doing shirts, and I have no problem shipping them out to people if people pitch in for the costs of making them.

rootbeersoup Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 "awn" sounds Southern to me And I hate to hear myself, too. I don't notice my accent so much until I get around people from somewhere else, and they think it's cute or laugh at me. Though I don't detect it lol I do detect that it gets worse the more tired I am.No haha, it's like a Bostonian... it's kind of like "own" or "owen" or "awen" or crap I dunno lol... I just know I say it weird
Starbug Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 I like the idea of doing shirts, and I have no problem shipping them out to people if people pitch in for the costs of making them.I think there are enough people interested in having a shirt to make that happen. My friend, here, got shirts done for, like, 6 bucks a piece if he ordered more than 7 or 8 or something. I think it's doable. We need to DO IT! No haha, it's like a Bostonian... it's kind of like "own" or "owen" or "awen" or crap I dunno lol... I just know I say it weird...still sounds Southern lol At least, from around here. People just talk like that. They say, "Turn the light awn," Not "aahn" like it's supposed to be.

rootbeersoup Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 If you started selling gdc related shit it might be better than asking for donations every month. He used to sell bumper stickers
Anja Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 I like the idea of doing shirts, and I have no problem shipping them out to people if people pitch in for the costs of making them.Making them shouldn´t be that expensive. I usally pay about 10 to 15 euros (ca. 15 dollars). But it´s probably a better idea if every person who´d like a shirt just find a provider from their country so the shipping costs are not so expensive.
