I'm still crazy excited for the new album, but I'm not thrilled by this sample.I would have liked to hear something more. I wouldn't have minded had they used this song... whatever this song turns out to be, so long as they'd played more than the redundant guitar chords, and one line at the beginning.

It did sound pretty good in the studio vids.

I know this album will be amazing but that clip is not a good way to kickstart this puppy. But I'm a Green Day junkie so I'll listen to it on repeat for 2 weeks.

I doubt they'd put us through that in the finished article.

Fuzz Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 As a couple people have mentioned in the comments, it kinda sounds like a build-up, right where the preview ends, the song picks up with some faster tunage.Might be wishful thinking. But sounds good to me.
