yeah i heard about her house i have people working diligently to find it haha. i don't know if they've ever played here. there is an arena, a bit bigger than the one in everett, so who knows maybe they'll come next time. everett show was sweet cuz they did the autograph signing earlier in the day too

I know they used to play in spokane. Aaron Cometbus drew a map of the first green day tour in one of his issues and marked where they played and stories about each show and city. I think I remember reading something about billie getting poison ivy in spokane, but that might have been a different city. i dont know.......

i know they were playing there on every tour until 1993. but i dont know where.

I just hope they mix up the setlist this time

And some may hate me for saying this but I really mean it: Fuck King for a Day!

there used to be a place called Fat Tuesdays that recently closed down that would be about the right size for those tours I would bet. Now there's the Knitting Factory which i think is like 1500. that'd make a sweet club show. Fat Tuesdays ring a bell?

yeah el corazon was mostly a joke and i think 500 might be generous that place is small as shit. and wouldnt be ok if they toured for...that long?

and i remember that thing about the tubbies in the UK but i heard a separate one about the real GD in britain. might have to take a long flight for that one

I would do just about anything to see them play a tiny club show (as green day)) but it's probably not going to happen :/

i met a guy who actually saw them at el corazon though, back in the day when it was called The Off-Ramp. he said he met bj and mike in the crowd watching the opening band.

you know, the reason they stop in the middle of songs and do all that improv shit is because there are so many young kids in the crowd that if they played a bunch of songs all the way through the kids would probably collapse and die?

but i agree with you totally. and I could do without bj wanking himself off during hitchin a ride.

uhhhhh... is it called the fenix underground now? In Pioneer Square?

I don't know. I'm not 21.

My ultimate dream place to see them would be at the house of blues in LA. I have 2 VIP passes that work for every show there, and they only give them to the band and their friends and family... so I saved mine that i got from my friend's band.. just in case.

I think there was hopes of FHT doing some shows in the UK. I think they popped up after that blog on their myspace where "The Rev" said "I got you on my mind, england..."

He just said that cuz I told him all the Brits were pissed off.

and I could do without bj wanking himself off during hitchin a ride.

yeah that is just sick. :/

I hate that improv, it's not even good improv, it feels forced, I mean, It wouldn't hurt them to bust out 409 or 86 or Scattered once in a while instead a "shout"

They're just re-enacting the scene from 'Animal House', because at one point on BIAB Tre starts screaming "Yeah! Yeah!" in the back round and that's a direct thing from the scene when Otis and the boys are playing the song at the toga party.

hahah. Freaked me out and made for an awkward moment in STL in May of 2005 as I had my 13 yr old and 10 yr old at the time with me and my 13 yr old niece too. Ahhh. Good times.

Good times indeed, when I was younger I used to dig Shout and King for a Day

But now really, I mean do you prefer She,86 and Scattered or 10 minutes of shouting, playing the same 2 notes and occasional floor humping while singing stand by me?

i guess we'll see less american idiot songs on this next tour. i don;t think we'll see shout anymore either.

I would love to see Scattered, Paper Lanterns... anything classic Green Day instead of Shout and King For a Day.

And I hope they play more old songs in place of AI songs.
