Fair enough. I go through phases. Sometimes I'll like one song or album more for a while, and then I'll change my mind entirely. I guess it really depends on when you catch me what my favorite song or album is.

their skills overall as a band are exceptional.

i really like some of the techniques of guitar.

they're one of the first bands to formally use many guitar pedals, creating great legends like Tom Morello.

their songs make your mind drift, so i sort of like that broad thinking.

you don't need to play solos to show talent.

some of the best guitarists are in screamo and heavy metal bands.

they use more skills than basic players, i'm fine with solos that are under two and a half minutes.
