yep... im a member on Coldplay also and i was looking at the message board an i just saw a topic saying "Vote Pink Floyd NOT GDC in Absolute Radio Rockoff" and many ppl are commenting,"who in the right mind would vote for a gay band like Green Day?" and,"Green Day are only winning cuz they're bribing the forums, that already lost, to vote for them" i just wanted to share cuz i thought that was so wrong!

Well, I'm pretty sure that no more than half hate us enough to vote against us. It is probably a matter of opinion, unless it is outraged and sprawled out everywhere.

The Pink Floyd playlist actually is pretty good. I'm surprised the competition isn't more intense. I mean, it's a bit mainstream but there's some good songs on there still.

my dad likes them, but that's not why i like them.

their skills overall as a band are exceptional.

i really like some of the techniques of guitar.

they're one of the first bands to formally use many guitar pedals, creating great legends like Tom Morello.

their songs make your mind drift, so i sort of like that broad thinking.
