Least favorite GD Album?

Insomniac for me.

A few songs in it are some of my favourites, but the entire album isn't exactly the best for me.

I just haven't listened to it much.

This is with no doubt a decision I would never be able to make.

It's impossible, I love all of them equally for different reasons.

But if still I have to choose one it'd be 1039SOSH. although some of the best songs are in their Tre' is not.

Right now I'd have to say 21 CB. Don't get me wrong it's still a great album, but I just like the other ones more, and also 21 CB is the only GD album that has songs on it that I think I dislike (and the songs I'm not very fond of on it are the massively overrated 21 Guns and East Jesus Nowhere).

I started counting how many songs I like in each album and I found thath I only love 3 of them in kerplunk so that's the one I chose

No I take that back, and I think I'm just going to have to do a null vote. Also I take back what I said about disliking 21 Guns and EJN. Though they are my least favorites on 21 CB, they're still good songs.

If I absolutely HAD to pick one, I'd probably say Dookie, since that's probably the one I listen to the least, but still, all albums are awesome, and each one is great in their own way.

Well my three least favorite ones are 1039SOSH, Dookie and Nimrod.

So I have to pick Dookie.

Although everyone says how good it is and how revolutionary it was, I just don't feel it.

I find 3-5 good songs on that album, which is the least on any GD album.

Although It starts well off with Burnout it never really seems to get to pace.

I got bored in Longview and Basket Case really quickly, Welcome to Paradise is very good though.

The latter part of the album is much better though, with songs like When I Come Around and In the End (and the 2nd part of F.O.D) but that doesn't help the fact that the album is quite boring.

Nimrod had the same problem, with songs that aren't at all interesting, or are only interesting a couple of times. That album has still about 10 good ones, and 1039SOSH about the same amount.

So Dookie is my choice.

The trilogy as a whole is my least favourite Green Day album, and I honestly love all the others equally. If I was to rank the trilogy albums, one being the best and three being the worst I'd say:

1) iTRE!

2) iDOS!

3) iUNO!

So, yeah iUNO! is my least favourite overall. It's just so bland and underwhelming and bleurgh.

Anyway, I won't be able to vote because I would never be able to choose between 1,039 and Kerplunk. I lump those two together as "pre-Dookie" and very rarely listen to them.

Of the ones listed, if I have to choose then I would say 39/Smooth, but I really like that album. I just don't like it as much as the others.

Out of the post AI albums, I'm not a fan of 21st Century Breakdown. There are some great songs on it, but it didn't really captivate me as much as the others did. I really like the trilogy, with the exception of a couple of songs like Nightlife and The Forgotten. I like the back to basics sound they have going on with those last three releases.

Of the listed ones it would probably be American Idiot. I mean, it still is the greatest album (of any band) made in this millenium (if you start counting in 2001), i just like the older albums better.

My least favourite of all of their albums would either be 21st CB or DOS. Both, UNO and TRE, are better than these two, but not as good as AI - at least for me.
