What motivates you or makes you stay in GDC?

it started out as a place i would come to when i needed social interaction but nothing was happening around me so i would socialize on here. it then got to the point to where i treated this place as a night out and treated it as normal social interactions which i looked to continue (basically meaning i made some really good friends here )

I really don't know why I still visit this place, or any forum for that matter.

Majority of the time, i've no desire to discuss my beliefs or opinions. Also, aside from a select few members, i'm not really interested in interacting with GDC users that much anymore.

Green Day are no longer my favourite band (if they ever were, that is) And although it's cool to hear some recent news from them, I just feel that they may be going further down the AI road, and call me stubborn, but that's not a progression that i'm particularly fond of. We'll see though, eh? They could prove me wrong, and i'll end up loving the new album!
