captain peroxide Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 (I'm just kidding man, I love Green Day too.)
jose armstrong Posted April 11, 2009 Author Posted April 11, 2009 i stay here because of my loyal fans, intelligent people, talented people, political geniuses, and leaders of our day, wait nevermind.the only real reason i stay here is because i get bored, other than that, there's no reason for me to be here anymore.lawl
Samantha Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 I enjoy squealing like a fan girl over the slightest news and rumors
jose armstrong Posted April 11, 2009 Author Posted April 11, 2009 I'm not liking getting all this news of these "surprise" shows and not being able to be there, impotency, that is it.
Juan Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 I'm am as well, but I take it an extra level being in a 3rd world country that is so dangerous that they probably won't come here, so if I want to see Green Day I either go to Brazil or Colombia
Guest Hayley Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 All my awesome buddies. GDC have changed me a lot, i can't leave it.
Anja Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Because interacting with other Green Day fans is a lifetime experience and makes me love this band even more cause meeting other GD fans shows me what they are not only doing to me but also to other people. And I´ve met some of the nicest people here, some of whom I´ve already met in person (and some of whom I will meet in person very soon )!!! Also how boring would it be to have no one to share my experiences of meeting Billie Joe or seeing "Heart like a hand grenade" with??? And so on...
Now Everything's Alright Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Green Day lol, well isnt that a good enough reason?
Anja Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 I used to be in a German Green Day Chat for some years, but it doesn't exist anymore, so I was looking for another place to talk about Green Dayomg, i remember that one german forum...i loved this place. that was before i even found out about GDC. They had this "Fan of the week" section and people were always making fun of them and their pictures(!) They all must have been around 14 or so. I had huge fights there with them every week lol That was insane and fun at the same time!!! But not a real GD community. I´m glad it all broke apart kind of cause I prolly wouldn´t have looked for another place!GDC is also a good school if you´re trying to improve your english! GDC = education lol
14razorbacks Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 To keep up to date with Green Day land. And also because - while I'm not good at being funny over the internet - everybody else seems to be, and it's hysterical
minorityxdisturbed Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Becouse it's a good place to talk about Green Day and for knowing all their news

Spark of Insanity Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 I'm not liking getting all this news of these "surprise" shows and not being able to be there, impotency, that is it.I agree, it sort of ticks me off, especially when everything is always going on in California with these shows and they get to see them more, and they never will go to Kentucky exept like once during tour. But I do like that they are playing and hearing about it.
WrenchNinja Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 I don't come here a whole lot (my post count is proof), but I continue visiting because of the awesome fans here. I love being somewhere where there are a ton of diehard Green Day fans like myself.
captain peroxide Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Why do we need a motivation. This thread title makes me think like you think it's a struggle to stay here and we need things that force us to stay. That's probably not how it actually was meant but I recently imbibed a great deal of alcohol, so it doesn't matter. This place is incredible. I feel lucky to be a part of it and know all of you wonderful people
captain peroxide Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 And I stay here for Dai It's the truth. If one of us leaves, we both leave. That's how it logically works out.
