Starbug Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 Including travel, I'd say you and many others, including me, have paid close to that already. I think an interesting thread might be how much have you paid to see Green Day... I flew to Houston to go to Austin, from Alabama... granted, i had help... But if I had had the money myself, I would've gladly paid it. But that one night alone I probably spent 80 bucks, plus the food, the beer... yeah, that's a lot of money. And the GD concert in Nasvhille, the tickets were 60 bucks a piece, and then I covered allll the gas (which I still think is shit) and then the t shirt and the dorky foam fist...Damn, they've cost me a lot of money I bet counting everything, it's been close to 1000 bucks... wow... If I hadn't been so lucky in knowing people to stay with and not having to pay hotel, it would've been 1000...count the merchandise I've bought, it IS 1000... wow.Wouldn't have it any other way.
14razorbacks Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 if it was like the only time i'd get to see them live ever again...i'd pay whatever i had, honestly. and borrow as much as i could.i just can't picture myself saying "No, thats too much money to see green day."OMGOSH lyke 4 realz?MK was epic, man!that it was, that it was*sighs and smiles*
BillieMikeAndTre Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 I'm really ready to die for them But, if you die, you couldn't look back and listen to them!! lol I would pay anything cosidering i have never even seen them!!! I could only afford $50. but I would BEG for a lone from parents and 10 yo sister. I can never save money. fortunatly she always has $100+
trejack101 Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 Well, I don't want to see Green Day die. So if Frank or Fink need a kidney or some blood, I'll donate. If Mr. Pritchard needs bone marrow, I'll give. I'm a giver.

If Mr. Pritchard needs bone marrow, I'll give. I'm a giver.Fink. it's Fink. repeat after me: iiiitttsss FFFiiinnkk. {edit} sorry never mind, i just got that. im a bit slow, it takes some time to seep in sometimes. i wont give bone marrow. i already told my mom that i wouldn't give her bone marrow or spinal fluid. that's damn painful to extract! eh, i'll give Fink some blood, maybe he'll let me in the network if i do
saurus Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 BahahaGood effort thoughTrue. I must stop mocking people.
saurus Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 yes you must.Okay, but don't expect me to change overnight. It's going to take a lot of hard work and effort.
Green Day21 Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 I would pay up to 100,000They are WAY worth it!
Whatsername1533 Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 Probably no more than $120.Anything higher than that is just a little insane.
FruscianteForPrez08 Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 depends on the seating. For a lower seat/floor, probably 75. I paid 45 for floor on the last tour. For higher up seats, probably 50.
Guest TwoDollarMellie Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 My limit would probably be 200 hehe. But IF I were older, like 20, and I make my own money, I wouldn't give a shit how much I would have to pay.
DarrenDookie Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 200 euro would be my limit but i doubt GD tickets would be that dear but if they were i'd definitely be willing to spend maybe a little bit more than that because i havent seen them live yet
Spider Tre Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 my limit would be $150that's about all i have
**kookai** Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 I would cut off my arms and legs to see Green Day
MusicalDeviant Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 I can't tell you the most I would pay, but I can tell you the least I have paid. I paid 20 to see the Foxboro Hot tubs at the roxy, and I was in the front row.I paid 5 bucks to see pinhead gunpowder. Again, front row.But I did pay 40-something bucks back in 2005 to see them at the Home Depot Center. And I was way far away from the stage.I would pay over 40 if they were front row, but it still seems like a rip considering I've seen them live for far, far less money.
chickin'pickin' Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 Paying anything over £45 to see ANY band is just idiotic in my eyes.
