I like how everyone hates on Avril Lavigne's cover just because it's Avril Lavigne. I don't like her either but there's no way hers is even near the worst.

I remember some years ago hearing a chinese punk rock band cover waiting and minority, tried for ages to find the links but can't for the life of me remember where i heard it. That was the worst but also the most hilarious thing I have ever heard in my life :lol:

OMFG, I think they all should shut up. I mean, God, it's not even made for listening.

But this one I fink quite cool. It's because of:

1. they're polish :P

2. it was on some ceremony with all professors and you know. XD

3. I think it's not that bad.

But it's just my opinion :P.

I heard this one before, and personally I think it's really good. Yeah it's not THE basket case, but it's a different version sung by different people in different ways. And that's what music's all about, it's a universal language. I think that's pretty cool! :cool:

The Avril one is an abomination, but it's entertaining to watch in a "so bad it's good" kind of way.

Probably THE worst Green Day cover was Basket Case, done by Avril Lavigne... :pinch: OH. Annnd that one American Idiot cover.....also done....by Avril Lavigne... :lol:

I used to like Avril Lavigne's older stuff. I remember going to her concert when I was 9 (about 7 months after I started liking Green Day) and she played American Idiot. At first I was like "Cool! I love this song" but soon enough I was thinking "Oh dear sweet god.....what has she done???" xD
