do you not have to register for tickets for this these days? I dont know how these things worked but thought that if you registered, it was then first come first served to pay for them. but that it wasnt guaranteed you would get tickets?

I`m confused because the tickets arent on sale yet... and yet people are saying they already have theirs... but obviously cant have. :pinch:

1. I will strangle half of the people on this site!

2. I will sneak in or jump over a fence ;)

I've already got my ticket for this.

okay, explain how you got your ticket already. I take it the registration on the official reading site is for the "golden" ticket, whatever that is.

I`m confused.

^ Lucky..! How come you've already got tickets?

He bought his right after last year's festival, as soon as they were released.

I'll only get a ticket if my mates have a spare one. They usually do. Otherwise, I'm not that fussed. You can hear all the music from the industrial estate nearby anyway!

I doubt i can go anyway as two of my closest friends get married that weekend, oh well!!

Meh - I'm hoping it's bollocks too - I'm in Spain with the family - I did fancy a trip to Reading this year too ....

You got it, the early bird tickets go on sale at the same years prices and are available for around a fortnight. After that it's a free for all on the night they're released, with a few further batches being put up for sale at various times over the spring/summer

id say reading is just under an hour from london. make sure u go shopping at the Oracle ;) its erm, NICE!

If there's one reason to go to Reading, it's not that.

I got mine after last year's festival.

I've hoped for many things and most of those haven't happened. Can't see why it'd work for you.

*sigh* Why does Australia have to be so bloody far away from England!!! :(

try living in canada there is no such thing as to cold hear i love the cold but i must say -18 withought the windchill is a little crazy plus no bands come hear and when they do they onky ever play one night and its at the air canda cenetr thus making tikets super over priced

Gees the Yanks and Brits are lucky! Pinhead Gunpowder in the US; Reading (possibly with Green Day) in the UK! Jealous jealous jealous!:lol::P

And Andrew! I wish I could just pop over my back fence to an amazing music festival! Wow! If I jumped my back fence I'd well just end up .... in more bloody suburbia! Hahaha
