What are your feelings towards Green Day now?

Nope, you should stay. Peeps are just frustrated because GD seem to have forgotten their fans. New album soon(ish) though, and things will be restored to their natural order!

GD have always been slack between albums i'm used to it, it frustrates the shit out of me but i tolerate it because for the last 15 years its been worth it for me musically, down time is just that down time.

And there is a difference between frustrated and bashing.

if people are here solely because of the friends, then why don't they just get their numbers or talk to them on other sites (myspace, etc or messengers)

i've never thought of this as all green day, all the time. the best times i've had here have been completely unrelated to the band.

there are lots who don't come here and i still keep in touch with, and they might pop in for a visit occasionally.

the point is, this is a forum with many different things up for discussion, and if it was 100% green day, there's no way in hell i would be here.

Excuse me dear, don't speak to me like i am an idiot yes i have read this thread, i came in where i last left off but it seems that those of you who no longer like GD are for whatever reason intent on bashing the band this forum is deciated too.

I am glad you have made friends here, thats great but you can stay here without bashing green day every five seconds and spoiling a fantastic forum for those of us who actually still like the band.

no one is invading green day threads and saying 'OMG GREEN DAY SUCKS.' i have never, ever seen that on this board.

i can only speak for myself, but i rarely post in threads about green day because i simply do not give a flying fuck.

look at the title of this thread, now look at how defensive the hXc-loyal to the ends of the earth green day fans are getting when people are saying they're a little displeased with the band.
