There is an article in this month's Rock Sound - Bands that will Rock 2008 - GD are mentioned.....

The gist of the article is that they are in the studio recording music with a 'more mature mood' - wtf was immature about AI? JOS alone is incredibly brave, bold and full of emotion. The FHT stuff is far simpler than anything on AI, not that that is a bad thing. Anything by these guys rocks my socks.

the server can manage emails and to have that silly clock on it but not the number of hits it was getting from people downloading the ep and playing the songs on it. maybe.

I`m guessing the same as you lot are. I`ve been told virtually nothing about this.

and those two "band members" are just people who have posted their photos in the comments bit.

whoever is running the myspace has been re-organizing their top friends that have something similiar. first it was all people who had animals as their pic, then it was people with pictures of eyes, now it's people named mary.

hmm one article says back to dookie/insomniac style (which is pretty much always said before a new green day album) and another says more mature mood.. i'd personally like to see a dookie/insomniac type album but i guess we just wont know untill it's released.

They didn't delete the album from the server, they just took out the page maybe to update and/or too much hits, but the songs are still there for normal download

I wouldn't say that "more mature" means anything like saying that American Idiot was immature. It usually means more nuanced, more subtle and diverse. It just means they're constantly growing as musicians and it shows.
