I wonder how soon it will take before this thing is "revealed" properly. I mean, when The Network first came out, I went on their forums & for atleast 2-3 months people were still all going, "This can't be Green Day; Green Day suck. The Network are awesome." When will the mystery end? xD

Why people have the attention span of a goldfish and lose interest in the first place is beyond me. Take things in proportion so you won't spoil it in one shot, stretch it out, then I don't see how anyone besides the top 40 surfers could lose interest.

I think I prefer Billie's non-Green Day voice over his Green Day voice (there's a difference). It seems more natural.

I mean, I haven't lost interest, but I don't listen to them as much as I did. I'd hardly say that counts though. As much as I may love the past stuff, I can still only listen to it so much before I start to want something new to listen to. It's not even getting sick of it really, it's just desperately wanting something new, and getting a little bored with the same old thing. I still listen to them alot, they're still my favorite band, I just can only listen to the same thing again and again so many times... if that makes sense.

I agree, I do the same thing; I listen to International SuperHits! way too fucking much, ((It was the first Green Day album I ever purchased,)) And I start to get bored, y'know ... Then I'm like, to myself; 'Fuck, you moron, there's other Green Day material you can listen to.' And then I sorta like them all over again, y'know?

I'm exactly like that. It's hard. I listen to Green Day a lot, but I feel really sad when I don't because I'm all hopped up listening to new and "exciting" things. All love & excitement starts all over again when something new comes out. I was the same between Warning & AI...
