I LOVE a ton of bands very similar. I'm a music fanatic, so I like many different styles & over 600 bands... I know that even if this band had no association with Green Day; I'd still like them-- I'm speaking for myself, but I'm sure there are many people that feel the same.

That guy has a very diverse taste in music.Perez is not the only on who posts that stuff there are other members of that blog. Hes to busy to be doing all that in one day. Even if it had nothing to do with Green Day, it's still a damn good band with really great songs. The reason people KNOW about it is because of the association with Green Day, but if there were no association and people heard it, I'm sure alot of them would still like the music.

They're rich enough (and getting richer) from Green Day. They only do the side bands for fun and creative output. Not everyone is evil and looking for a profit like you constantly think.
