There isn't any denying Billie's voice. The other 2 being in it are still speculation, with some valid points to back it up, but that most definitely IS Billie Joe singing. Maybe they were working on finishing some stuff up, or they wanted to wait for some reason. Who knows? I'm sure we'll eventually find out everything. Unless this is meant to be another Network type deal. Even so, they did eventually get figured out anyway.
