When he isn't screaming he kinda sounds like Billie, but he's probably just an imitator.

Billie's much better. his scream is sexier. And Green Day wouldn't leak songs via Myspace.

It's catchy music, but not very GD.

Why don't they just release a new cd instead of doing a bunch of songs under secret bands that're supposedly not supposed to be them but everyone knows it is anyway. :huh:

it's not like their fans arn't noticing....

Who says this band is another Network type thing? I mean, no one knows anything AT ALL about them for sure. No names. No band information. No pictures. Just the music. It could be anything. Not necessarily another Network type... whatever it was they were doing then. It may be another side project. Hell, it may even be demos. I don't know. I haven't heard it myself. But hey... there's too little known to say they're doing one thing or another. Or even if it's them.

Well from what I'm listening to its sounds very much like Billie.

Billie dose have a very distinctive voice as most people should know.

So my guess goes to this being Green Day in disguise.

Totally Billie Joe's vocals. Slick production and tight playing that no nobody unsigned band could pull off overnight. I don't see why it's so hard to believe that it's members of Green Day, this isn't the first time it's happened. And it'd be easy for a massively rich band like GD to just have some fun in the studio while figuring out their new sound and give away some cuts.

If it did so happen to be the Green Day members, maybe this band's purpose it to be just about the music. I mean, no pictures, no influences, no information, no member names, etc. People can only judge the music in the this case because there is nothing else.

I'm probably wrong, but it's just another random thought.

You do realize that Green Day has a contract with Reprise right? And that their contract very likely disallows them to do things like this?

Ok here are reasons it's Green Day :)

- This band sounds to good to be unsigned or not known at all. To just suddenly appear on myspace with some GOOD SOUNDING recorded songs? Not likely.

- Sounds like Billie

- Is friends with the Network and Green Day on myspace

- A lot of their friends are from San Francisco or Oakland

- Because I said so.

- Only Green Day would name a band Foxboro Hot Tubs

- They've done this before, with The Network

The name cracks me up. They must've had a really great time when they played Gillette Stadium (it's in Foxboro, MA). :P

Its not the awesomeness that I'm attracted to, its the simplicity. Its refreshing to know that Green Day can emerge from Bono's ass long enough to write some cool songs.
