Sunshine2385 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 good. i was a little scared. fhew....oh! got another Q:have you guys ever liked playing video games? if so, what ones?(dorky, yeah i know, but its been bugging me today) OK seriously, since you brought up video games....I'm going to talk about computers since my bf is a comp geek. Are you guys somewhat computer geeks and proficient in technology?
Guest n o n a m e* Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 If a 16 year old version of yourself came from the past, what do you think they would say about how your lives have turned out and the men you have become?still think this ones really awesome.Have you ever read a fanfiction about yourselves? And if you have, what did you think about it? Or, how did you feel about it? this ones pretty cool, too.
Sanah Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 To Mike (because he's rarely getting any questions for himself): What was your best and worst experience while touring?
Ali Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 What is the new album going to be like? When should we expect the new album? How is this albim going to be different than American Idiot?Where are some of their favorite places that they have played live at during the American Idiot tour?
Vanessa Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 "Where is Ronnie Blake really from?"We figured this one out a while ago in a thread. If I remember right, he was from somewhere in Texas or something like that. I don't remember exactly where, but I know we had a long discussion on it a little while back.
Rita Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 -Have you ever read a fanfiction about yourselves? And if you have, what did you think about it? Or, how did you feel about it?Ha ha, that's cool one. Though I think Billie already answered that.
Sunshine2385 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 I love Working Class Hero, I was wondering if this is the sound you're heading towards for the new album?Mike, who is your celebrity crush, as a kid and as an adult? Billie, what's the story behind you naming your guitars? Ex: Floyd,BlueTre, who is your drumming idol/influence?Billie, would you consider playing some piano for any upcoming albums? What are some of your fettishes?
Jewels! Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 What bands have you been listening to recently? If you could describe the new album in one word other than late, what would it be?
helle Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 "Will you finally pull the plug on Bono, or will your next album be just as pretentious as the whole 'Working Class Hero' deal?"
Chelc519 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 If a 16 year old version of yourself came from the past, what do you think they would say about how your lives have turned out and the men you have become?I Still think this is the best question by far!
adzik1410 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 To all: Are there any little superstitious things or habits that you must do before a performance? They do high-fives...EDIT: No, it's actually the knuckle thing, sorry for thatwhat is that stupidest thing you've ever heard a fan say?Love that one.to Billie: if Tre was an animal what would he be and why?A wind-up monkey?
Sunshine2385 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 What was the last album you bought? What habits drive you crazy about each other?Has the thought of remaking Cigarettes and Valentines crossed your mind? Is there a chance u might do it again, but better?Redundant is my favorite Green Day song, I want to ask Billie if there was a particular situation that inspired this song?
localinsomniac Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Have you ever googled yourself? That will almost certainly get a classic Tre response! My questions-In retrospect, are there any songs you would have included or excluded if you had the chance to redo any of your albums' track lists? Is it true that 'Do Da Da' was once called 'Stuck With Me?' If so, what was track 3 on Insomniac supposed to be titled?Have you ever considered re-recording either of your Lookout albums, just for fun? (Not the re-releases. I want to know what Kerplunk would sound like with a major label budget.)
masshysteria1 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 "And does this mean you'll be taking back those snidey comments about the Red Hot Chili Peppers?"Jks.LOL, Scuzzy, I didn't know about that! What did they say about the Peppers?
nessa1416 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Mike, have you met your biological parents yet, do they like Green Day too?I think that's way too personal, and none of our business...If you could describe the new album in one word other than late, what would it be? Go Julia! To be honest, most of these questions are uncreative, already-been-asked, and kind of lame. I think it'd be nice to make a good impression other than sounding like a bunch of teenaged losers that hang out on a fan forum. But hey, that's just me..
Isabel Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Think of it this way; if you were standing in front of the band and had their attention for a few minutes, what would you want to ask them? So, some people seriously consider asking them stuff like "What video games do you play?" "Are any of you attracted to your fellow band members?" "When's the new album coming out?" They are just a waste of time, and if questions like that are chosen, I think I might just go mad. Is this not the opportunity to try and pick their brains and find out interesting things that aren't constantly answered time and time again in interviews? Enough about the new album already! I'd prefer to see decent questions being asked.
Isabel Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 ^great ideaWhat video Games do you play?My sides are splitting.
CarnageXB Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 My sides are splitting.well my hobby is video games so i can ask that
bat-chen Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 I'd asked them about that project Tim Armstrong supposedly talked about at the beginning of the year about them getting together to form a new band and all the profits would go to Indonesia. I think Travis Barker, Matt Freeman and Lars Frederiksen were also in it. I'd like to know if that project will go ahead or if it was just another rumour.Sorry if this has been brought up already but i really don't feel like reading 9 pages.I love this question

But hey, that's just me..I don't think it would be a bad question, I'm going to ask whether you like it or not. By the way you dn't have to be so mean about it. Relax
