chrisloveslauren Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Going To Pasalaqua is awesome live, particularly the version that is on Foot In Mouth, I hope they start playing it regularly again on their next tour.
chickin'pickin' Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Know what cover was better than the original? Mad World. But its still whiny crap.
sam409 Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Hitchin and Ride always makes the crowd go crazyMinority is so much fun, lasts about 10 mins and gets everyone feeling really happy and powerful!I'd love to see Going to Pasalacqua or Who Wrote Holden Caulfield.
ChewinOnTinfoil Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Brain Stew and Hitchin a Ride are both great live. Hell, all the songs from 1039, Kerplunk, and Insomniac are great live.Particularly Going to Pasalacqua and Hitchin a Ride.

Break of Day Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Nothing compares to any performance of Minority live, especially the Bullet in a Bible one. I also like the Going to Pasalacqua done on TRL I believe, Billie Joe pulls out a solo and it's pretty cool. It's the one where he tells Jason "Come on, it's only three chords" because Jason joined Green Day long after this song was written and hadn't performed the song before. It's actually four chords.
**nobodylikesyou** Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Christie Road on Fuse COMPD was amazing.
DarrenDookie Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Definitely Castaway just listen to thisThis comes a close 2nd though

Nimrod99 Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Shit, I don't know, there's a lot of great Green Day songs that I'd love to see live again (preferrably the pre AI songs... not that AI isn't good or anything). Stuart and the Avenue was amazing live, and I wouldn't mind seeing that again. J.A.R., No One Knows, and Poprocks and Coke would be great to see live, as well as many others.

The best song of of Kerplunk after Walcome to Paradise that is. I also would love to see them play The Words I Might Have Ate.

I also would love to see them play The Words I Might Have Ate.I'd really like to see both of those too, it's cool to see them playing slower songs occasionally.Dunno if you're interested in just a video, but here's 'Words I Might Have Ate' live at Tampa 1991, it's awesome. And, might I add, it's one for the ladies :whistling:
