123 Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Knowledge..drunk!!!hahaYeah, I've thought of a GD fest like that, it would be an album front to back everyday and once they went through all of them, they would have one last night where they played only special requests and rare songs and songs they have never played before besides the album ones.
Mrs. Nobody Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 King for a Day xD. Yeah, When I Come Around would be cool, and Christie Road =')
dreamy22 Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Alison w/ elvis castello, not exactly GD, more Billie Joe

St. Guro Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Going To Pasalacqua, Who wrote holden caufield, castaway, scattered, she and paper lanterns.
sydneygirl Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Paper Lanterns - I've always loved Paper Lanterns live. I think that is one of their very best live songs.Homecoming - The band look like they really enjoy playing that one.Good Riddance - Performed the exact same way Billie did it at Milton Keynes (BIAB). That is the best version he has ever done of that song. Just blew me away. Left me speechless.
Whatsername532 Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Who wrote holden caulfield and welcome to paradise ^^
Ich** Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Good Riddance - Performed the exact same way Billie did it at Milton Keynes (BIAB). That is the best version he has ever done of that song. Just blew me away. Left me speechless.agree. the songs sounds much better on bulet in a bible than on nimrod.
*Minority* Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 For me the best track is Holiday or Time of your life. I never had the chance to see the live but atleast in BIAB that tracks are awesome (as well as the other ones, of course, but that ones are my favourite ones!)
MrGreenDayUK Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 There's so many- Christie Road, Letterbomb, Going to Pasalacqua, I Fought The Law, Minority, Basket Case- but Time Of Your Life is so powerful when it's used to close the show- it's beter live than it is on CD. I love it, especially that lingering ending note... beautiful. That was really emasculating. I'm going outside to shoot a deer, shag, buy a Mustang, crash it, cover it in petrol and burn it, move some heavy objects, eat a sirloin steak, shout at someone, and join the Marines.
Jose Luis Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Going To Pasalacqua makes me have an erection everytime i hear it

Zach Cool Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 Minority was my first favorite. Then after a few more times seeing them, Homecoming became my favorite. But from videos, I've loved Going To Pasalacqua, Paper Lanterns, Burnout, and Chump.
