Starbug Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Hrm... We need more people to vote up in hurrrr...I remember when I saw them how excited I got when I realized they were playing Longview... And Knowledge was awesome, he gave this poor petrified little kid who got up there and froze his guitar. It was probably my favorite part of the show, and it was a fucking brilliant show, so that's high praise.
Guest Billy Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 i like the shows.my favorite part was the requesting songs.
Guest LusciousZ Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Words I Might Have Ateand Paper Lanternsand When I Come Around.. just cause whenever I listen to it on the "MTV Live Without Warning Seattle" bootleg I am on the verge on tears.

Tubbie Head Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 I really love King for a day/ shout, and Knowledge.. I think u can understand why.. I also love when they play covers and old songs in the "request hours"..I hope they do that in the next tour!
Just Kate Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 well, i've seen them many times live (on MTV Live, of course...) so i think best one live in American Idiot and 21 Century Breakdown the one i'd loove to see live is 86
Lou-Lou-Cool Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Ive been lucky to see the band 8 times from 1998 till 2010 and I have seen almost all my favourite songs of theirs live but one I have yet to see and would love to would be Misery. I dunno how likely this would be because of the multi insturments needed but it would be awesome to see.
H8RRY Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 East jesus nowhere and king for a day are amazin live
Jaymee!! Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Any of the older songs that don't get played as often always get the best crowd reaction. I personally love 21st CB live because it's the first song, so everyone's hyped up and all the energy comes out so quickly. Same with St. Jimmy and Jaded. I'm reeeeeeally loving how they open up Brain Stew by covering other songs that lead into it
Comedy & Tragedy Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 21st Century Breakdown is the best song to see live. Just because it's so perfect to open up a show with, and there's the bit in the middle where the crowd goes insane, then ending where everybody's nearly crying, and just the way they open it Other than that, King For a Day, Minority, Jesus Of Suburbia and Jaded are made to be played live. But I love it when they play the old songs that don't get much attention. You can see that Billie loves playing them, and looking into the crowd to see who knows the songs
Ally Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 When its time is an incredible song live, made me cry, and 21 guns And of course you cant beat king for a day/shout live
madddie Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 I always think the energy during 21st Century Breakdown is immense!! Just all the excitement building up to that moment.
Alllllli. Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 I always think the energy during 21st Century Breakdown is immense!! Just all the excitement building up to that moment. This exactly - I can't listen to it now without getting giddy quivvers, just because of all of the excitement I associate with it! I also loved Waiting live.
Eighty. Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 I love minority, when everyone's jumping around at the same time and then there are Green day papers everywhere. also Time of your life, this song touches everyone
