The video I saw was some crappy general 'story of Green Day' type docu. A few tiny, split-second, silent clips of it were shown while the narrator talked about what happened briefly.

I've heard the clips actually come from the special edition version of Warning (which I don't have). It has a bonus CD-rom with a short 'making of the album' documentary on it, and that includes a section about the dominatrix incident and the footage - as far as I know, not having seen it. It might even be in the GDC downloads section, I dunno.

When they were recording the album they thought it would be fun to hire a dominatrix to add some authentic "sound effects" to the song. They got 'Mistress Simone' to come to the studio to do her stuff to a young sound engineer called Tone who was working on the album with them. Apparantly they told him he wouldn't get a credit on the album unless he did it, so he didn't have much choice in the matter! The sound we hear is, according to Billie Joe, "our engineer Tone taking his first flogging."

It was filmed too. I remember watching some random documentary about Green Day where they showed a few short clips of it happening. The poor bloke looked pretty scared!
