More of a statement. In that you see both arms going up and forming more of a link to draw you into the picture. As much as you could make more of the second picture, (which I think you could) you can see Tre's arm has disappeared into the mist, which is why I love the cropped close up version. It's more "raw" if you like. It is just so much more 'in your face'. It's just awesome.

They were all in Hawaii since BJ played with U2 at one of their concerts there
