I would...

1) Still be into Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus, Aly & AJ (you get the point), and some hip-hop music. I still like some pop stuff, but liking Green Day has changed my taste drastically.

2) Probably hate anything that's 'out there' like makeup and clothes. They indirectly influenced that.

3) Not know a lot of older bands like The Clash, and also a lot of other modern bands (that aren't too well known).

4) I wouldn't be so sentimental about missing a club show (I would probably be too scared to even consider going to one).

5) Not have learned guitar.

6) And the most terrible thing: I would've disregarded any song not made in this decade. Bleh, that was a terrible mistake I made back in the day. So much good music is older stuff; I'm so glad Green Day made me realize that.

....Yeah, so basically, my horizons wouldn't have been broadened.

If Green Day didn't exist, Linkin Park would probably still be my favorite band. I'd still be listening to rock music in general, just...bands that aren't as good as the ones I listen to now.

But I'd be a completely different person. I'd probably still be the shy little kid I used to be. I'd probably be angry, closed-minded, without any real opinions on anything. I don't like to think about it.
