idk i'm a sort of new member, i was sort of dissapointed but i didnt know what to expect i mean you have the contest, the forum though i dont like it as much as i like this one.. then the Q$A which i really like, you have many videos (i think they're on youtube), photos... and a store... well for me it's worth it..

If you really don't wanna cough up the cash, wait til they go on tour again. Then you may be first to hear about tickets and stuff, and that would be worth it.
