Love Mike Dirnt 4ever! Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life). I fall aslep to a live-version of it every night. That edition makes it sound like Billie Joe is singing it right into my ear. It makes me shiver. But if Mike did it i would et my heart raising.
TotalBasketCase13 Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Are We The Waiting, Give Me Novacaine, and Poprocks & Coke could be really soothing as lullaby's. Works for me anyway, heh.
nessa1416 Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Wake Me Up When September Ends...Only because I have sang that as a lullaby.
autumn rose Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 i like time of your life, it sounds pretty. 1000 hours is another one i might sing.
Awesome Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Probably Macy's Day Parade or Wake Me Up When blahblah..
Nicolle Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 waiting, hands down.it's pretty gentle.and the lyrics.i don't know, i know Billie screams "Wake up!" but ignore that and it's a nice feel to it in a slow tempo
Christie Roadx3 Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Waiting or Are we the waiting...or good riddance
angie Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 I guess i would pick waiting and poprocks and coke i would really fall a sleep to them songs, i find them to easy to fall a sleep to , well i always fall a sleep listenin to billie joe vioce.
ykelly1 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I used to sing Redundant To my little one all them time as a lullaby. Recently, we've been singing Going To Pasalcqua together at bedtime. I sing most of it, and she pipes in with the "what the hay?" and "Far away!" parts.
spark in the night Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 wait, are we singing this to Green Day? hehe I would sing Rest
BlueAngelX Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 SAINT JIMMY!!!!!!!Nah... I guess it would be Waiting... or When You Come Around... or Good Riddance!
Christie Roadx3 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 wait, are we singing this to Green Day? hehe I would sing Restno i don't think we are singing this to green day but i dont know
youbasketcase Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 well if you actually wanted to put the baby to sleep i would sing Good Riddance even though its basically sarcastic but the baby is gonna know that if not that then basket case.
HelloStarshine_ Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 When I Come Around. Miserythe tuuuuunes.Give the kid nightmares, lmao.
Iwannajumpout Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 First off, me singing wouldn't put anyone to sleep. Rest would be my first choice. I always thought that JOS had a lullaby quality to it. (what to sing if you want the lullaby-ee to turn to the dark side ) Of course, you'd need to edit out/take the edge off of some parts.
madie Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Waiting was the first song that came into my head when i saw this
Beethoven Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 J.A.R.! lolbut seriously, maybe i'll sing wake me up when september ends or good riddance.
