I used to sing Redundant To my little one all them time as a lullaby. Recently, we've been singing Going To Pasalcqua together at bedtime. I sing most of it, and she pipes in with the "what the hay?" and "Far away!" parts.

First off, me singing wouldn't put anyone to sleep. Rest would be my first choice. I always thought that JOS had a lullaby quality to it. (what to sing if you want the lullaby-ee to turn to the dark side ) Of course, you'd need to edit out/take the edge off of some parts.
