*withoutadoubt* Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 I don't rock my kids to sleep anymore, but Waiting was always a favorite. Now 'You Are My Sunshine' seems to be an every day request... :/
DeJennsitized Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 i would probably sing Sassafra Roots. I love the lyrics, and it sounds nice without music
Skag Trendy Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 Waiting. i guess. that would sound nice.Definatly i can picture that one.
Totally obsessed Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 i was babysitting yesterday, and I figured out how to play basket case on one of her toys - it's like an octopus and when you squeeze it's tenticle/leg/whatever it makes a sound, and each leg makes a different note... so yeah, she eventually went to sleep after basket case twice through, and then I played wake me up when septemeber ends I was quite proud of myself yeah I'm sad
haushinkapritchard Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 Tired of waiting for uor Restor Redundantor Macy's day paradeThats originally a song by The KinksGreen Days version is lovely thoughSo melodicActually I would describe it as dreamyso yeah it would be niceI personaly would pick all by myself or dominated love slave...when i babysit i make the children dance to it Its fucking hilarious
killerlime Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 i sang Good Riddance and Brain Stew as lullabies. But it's more of a tradition for us when we're playing in the pool for me to sing Hitchin' A Ride and then i throw them into the water after the 1..2..3..4 heh
crazychic Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 Wake me up when september ends just has that sort of lullaby quality hehe
Stjimmyswhatsername Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 I'd have to say Macy's Day Parade. It's a really nice song, I like it.
