i wouldnt try to impress them you either like me or you dont, i had 5 minutes and i just was like "hey whats up i like your music" and they laughed and were like thats good and i just told them i really like warning and al that blah blah blah then i talked to them like a regular person

i wouldn't try to impress them, i would act myself. i'd probably take them to starbucks and talk :)

i would TRY to be myself, but ill probably get all nervous, but then again they saved my life so there shouldn't be any reason to be nervous

dazzle them with my amazing karaoke skills

I would hope it wouldn't be just me alone with them. I'd run out of things to say fast. I'd definatley ask them for pictures and autographs and crap, but after that I wouldn't know what to do.

I don't know what I would do...maybe draw a picture of them...and show them around town...it's small anyways.

Posted

I like then to like me for me, if they don't, hey, what the hell.

I'd play songs with them, like I do with my friends.

Wouldn't know until I met them personally. I would most probably just mess around with them and chat, their people too right? :)

But inside I would be bursting with excitement especially for the first three quarters of and hour! hehe :D

(I'd be the one passed out on the floor)

I would talk about how they changed somethings in my life, how their music touched me and how their work is important to many people...

Do you think that would impress them?

it spit up in the air and catch it in my mouth.

I'd make them grilled cheese sandwiches. Then have my band come over to my house so we can play for them, and show us how much we suck...which would take about ten minutes, considering how many songs we can play. Then we could play naked Twister, then they'd leave.

i would think it would impress them

Id probably freak out, but not in a scary way, but I would be myself. :)

I would tell them how great their music is too of course!

I have absolutely no idea. I suppose i would just be myself so they would like me for what i am, not for what i am not.

That reminds me of a Kurt Cobain quote...

Anyhow, I don't know what I would do. Perhaps try to carry out a somewhat intellectual conversation, then talk about farts or something. Then thank them and tell them how much their music has effected me. I couldn't carry out a first conversation with anyone for an hour, let alone a group of people I respect so much. I don't think I have anything impressive to show them, unless they think that sitting on my ass for hours on end watching movies on HBO and TCM all day is impressive. :ermm: .

Why should I? They should impress me.

i dont know what i would do show them all my GD stuff maybe?

Posted

I'd say that they are on of the few bands with any talent in the modern music scene... and then show them how I can play some of their songs on the geetar... and then... uh... We'd egg Coldplay's house(s)

Posted

i guess i'd tell them a little bit about myself. and i'd try to play some of their songs on my guitar. and i'd do an amazingly sucky job trying to play some of their songs, then they'd probably get the hell away from me. but, at least i tried
