I found this picture of Billie (looks like it's from a magezine) and he has a white shirt on an nothing else & I'm thinking it's fake but has anyone seen it and/or know what it's about? I'm pretty sure I can't post it here.

Yeah I know that picture, it's real. He used to flash onstage quite often around the time of Dookie. Plus I've seen like 3 different photos of that particular flash taken from different angles, so I can't really see any way it could possibly be fake
