American Idiot, because I can play it perfectly now :D

I love playing American Idiot, BOBD, Holiday, WMUWSE, Redundant and many more

Holiday is a lot of fun to play. As is She, Going to Pasalacqua and Stuck With Me. Great thing about Green Day's songs is that they are pretty easy to learn in a short space of time.

I love all of Green Day Songs and its to hard to pick 1 favorite I like to play,so I'll list my top 10. These are songs that I just

love because some of the lyrics kinda parallel my life in so many ways and I could just play to them over and over

again, both old and new songs..

OLDER SONGS

1. Brain Stew/Jaded

2. Waiting

3. Poprocks And Coke

4. She

5. Macy's Day Parade

NEWER SONGS

1. Restless Heart Syndrome (fucking love this song!)

2. See The Light

3. Horseshoes and Hand Grenades

4. Viva La Gloria (little Girl)

5. Boulevard of Broken Dreams

There is NOTHING IN THE WORLD like picking up my Les Paul, cranking the volume and distortion, and belting out every last chord of Jesus of Suburbia. The absolute best thing in the world. Even if my fingers throb for a bit afterwards

I love playing peacemaker! So much fun!

either minority or waiting.

I gotta say I'm in a cover band I think when I come around when I incorporated a Alto sax into to it sound pretty awesome.

For me singing and playing guitar on "Emenius Sleepus" is AWESOME.

I nail the guitar on expert while singing pretty good.

I love the drawn out vocals on the parts like:

"...and I don't knoooowwww"

"...it goes to showwwwww"

Then the dualing Mike vocals

"...it's been so longggggg"

"...and what went wrongggg"

The ripping power chords

Then bass solo, with ringing out guitar

"and you know it's true!"

Back to rocking hard.

LOVE IT!

for me its "Macy's Day Parade" and "When I come Around" The only way i can think to describe the feeling I get when I play those songs is exactly like you explained it. Its a weird but an amazing feeling, I wanna go play those songs right now.

Definitely JESUS OF SUBURBIA!!! It's very long and remember all the parts and the different chords for the different parts takes you some time, but playing it along with Green Day is something incredible!!! Moreover, I love playing Holiday (I had to play it for my first guitar lesson ahahah  ) and I totally love playing Basket Case with my band! :D

WMUWSE and Viva La Gloria(Little Girl) on the piano

Posted

Lately, I love playing 21 Guns and ¿Viva La Gloria? Little Girl on the piano. It was really fun just grabbing an old-school CD player, putting some headphones on and learning how to play with both those songs. My mom thought I was weird for doing that, but I got her to like both those songs when I'd got both of those down :)

** Edit. I also love playing Holiday on the baritone horn haha. We played that song in marching band my freshman year and it was the very first song I learned to play on that ginormous instrument.
