How much time do you spend on GDC / GDA?

A couple hours a day, and even longer at weekends, I think, less than that sometimes, Although I dont post ALL the time, sometimes I'm on it but looking at shit on the interent...

Around I think euh .. 14 hours a day ... but I leave it on when I'm doing something else... But inbetween I check it regulary.
