It sounds a little bit like Mark Hoppus putting on a stupid voice.I reckon its either blink being really ironic and hitting out at their critics, or just some garage band dicking around.if its the second option, then its called 'why blink 182 will never be as good as green day' so that more poeple will download it thinking its either green day or blink. so a lameass ploy by some crappy band to get the world to listen to their shit.thats my theory. So you can't really say that one will be as good as the other, but on the other hand you can always have your opinion to say that one band is better than the other. This is because saying that one band is better than the other is speaking in past terms so you can judge it from your opinion, but saying that a band might be as good as another band is trying to judge something that hasn't even happened yet.
