I agree with you guys (the two or three comments above me). Making shoes is a stupid idea. I mean shirts, patches and stickers, alright, but come on, these are shoes for God's sake! What's the point of having Green Day shoes? If you want your shoes to say Green Day just take a pen and write on them. At least then they'll be unique.

I dont mind them, but i do think its a little ridiculous with all the stuff they are putting out....An airfreshner?..thats a little strange i dont even think Hilary Duff has a damn airfreshner!!!!!! But I have said it before and ill say it again....This will all go away!!!!! give it a couple more months of no new Green Day and the teenies will get bored and that stuff wont make as much money as intended, be pulled from the selfs and the people with them will be super lucky.

And when they do release a new album, there will already be another trend kids are following and they wont even notice.....Except for the actual Green Day fans and everything will be good again.

It kind of gets annoying when people who don't even listen to Green Day go out and buy Green Day merchandise. Like if people are trying to be "punk" or something, they might go buy Green Day shoes/shirts and think they're the coolest thing. I talked to someone I met in the movie theater and they were wearing a Green Day shirt, so I asked if they have all the CDs and they said "No..just American Idiot."

Luckily, the only people who have Green Day shirts at my school are (in my opinion) very dedicated fans.

In my school like everyone has those stupid green ones with the heart grinade that say green day on them and just for the hell of it Ill say something like....how many of their albums do you have? Theyll be like "What the heck! Theyre' a new band duh!" it gets really rebundant.
