I have never been into making my own t-shrts. They just never look good. also,thats your opinion. Art is such a personal thing.

Just wondering, but how do they look dumb? I agree that the designs for the AI shirts aren't that original though. :/

They didn't sell shirts, theys sold stencils and had print off designs so people could make their own shirts and not look like every single other fan =]

Last week, we had a free dress day and i wore a green day t-shirt and just like GREEN_DAY_ROCK!, i got put down for wearing it. people immediately thought i was emo and everywhere i went people just stopped and looked at me as if i was running towards then with a fucking axe. it got a little bit annoying at first with all the attention, coz i hate being the centre of attention, but i just ignored it. i mean, its my fucking life and i can wear what the hell i want and if people don't like it, they can just go fuck themselves.

people are sorta giving me a bit of a hard time bout it now. one girl wrote bitch on my table for some reason and stupid people just keep saying green day suck, i mean, how lame and pathetic could you get. i just laugh in their faces.

Believe me, I wish I could. But I'm not much of an artist, and even if I could (I had the awesome idea for a shirt), I'm not that great in knowing HOW to make the shirt.

Today I had an excursion to go on and we got to wear casual cloths and I thought I would wear my GD tee-shirt. I got onto the bus and I had people going GD’s gay! Why do you like them? Ohh your so emo! And one thing really got my attention was they thought I was a groupie and that I only liked GD for their looks and that I was like in love with Billie Joe!! That really pissed me off!

At school I have people call me emo and wright it all over the tables all because I like GD and one boy asked me when I went to a GD concert did it slit my wrists when I was there because that’s what all GD fans do!! All I won’t is to wear my GD top and like them with out people saying stuff.

OH MY GOD! I hate it when people are like that!! There are particularly 2 people I know that are always like "Green Day is gay..who listens to that shit?" and "Green Day sucks!" whenever I'm around.

It doesn't happen often but when it does, it's usually some guy trying to get your attention. I usually start defending G.D, and next thing you know, I'm bashing the dude because of his music style (that's not too hard when their favourite artist is a pre-packeged RnB/Hip Hop guy, *Massari*).

You can't let it bring you down because it's usually un-intelligent comments anyway, and people who don't know anything about Green Day.

Note: I wear Green Day shirts often.

I've dealt with a lot of that, considering there's not many people in my school who like Green Day, at all.

And pretty much at first, it aggrivated me, because you know, when someone doesn't like something you like it seems to be the end of the world. I used to make sure I never wore my shirts on days I had to go to french because I was sick of the lashing.

Well. I ended up realizing, who really gives a fuck. I listen to what I want to listen to, and no one can change that. If they don't like it, they can shove it. Cause odds are, I probably don't like what they listen to.

There's a couple kids in my grade who are like Green Day sucks and all that and most them mean just AI but even so it's not that big of a deal. A lot of kids like them anyway because they're old fans or teenies so I don't have that many people saying it. Everyone else (except the ones that do ) just doesn't care about the music others listen to. And they shouldn't.

Then there's this kid comes to me like every science class and is like, Green Day sucks. I used to argue with him but after a while (and the times he says it is decreasing) I just say "cool" or "ok?" Works, apparently. We're sort of friends anyway so I don't take it offensively.

So if someone does bash GD and you get a bit angry, don't make it a big deal. Don't try and reason with them cause they're obviously stupid and don't stoop to their level of.. idioticness. Lol.
