There was one guy who was all "American Idiot sux" but when people say that I just laugh and jokingly diss the bands they like. It's best not to get too worked up about stuff like that.

Which, if they asked, I would respond with a:I just can't stand that motherfucking shit he calls music. But really, I try really hard to not make fun of music... but sometimes, it just gets too much and too crappy- and I can't help myself. But I don't just go up to random people and tell them that their favorite music sucks... which, judging by some people's stories on here, seem to be what generally happens to them.

Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 See I don't see the point in bashing a band someone other then you likes, they like that band/artist or musician for their own personal reason, I think if you bash them or that band you yourself have problems in doing so... Sure I have done it before, Haven't we all at some stage?The only time I "bash" bands is when me and my mates are mucking around paying each other out but we do it in a jokingly way. So imo if you bash a band you have problems of insecurity that you need to get over.. If you don't like the music or artist state your opinion and then move on, it's as simple as that.and it's always best to just walk away from people who bash your for liking a certain band, although I tend to really dig into them about it haha.
