i wanted to get a tattoo on my wrists that say Rage and Love obviously taken from the song Jesus of Suburbia but i think to myself in 5 years time i'll look back and say Wow that was a dumb idea. I honestly think that i'll never forget Green Day because they brought so much into my life.

i was just wondering what every ones opinions on me getting a tattoo thats connected to green day. is it dumb or not?

Well, in my opinion if it's something that's obviously related with something you would eventually regret like a lover or a band is not a very good idea.

However if you do get the Rage & Love tatoos, that's not too bad 'cause it's not too related to Green day, it would be like Light and Darkness on both wrists.

I think it depends what you get, I mean there's so many different types and sizes, and places on your body to put it . I suppose you just have be really sure you definitely want it first and choose something that's significant to you, otherwise there's no point.

they've made such a difference in my life, im sure i will never grow out of them completely.

you know, it's a hard thing to just come up with. i can't really describe it (or maybe thats because im tired).

but it's been 2 years....wow it's already been over 2 years...thta means it's been a year and 3 weeks since i got into insomniac and a year and a month since i got into warning....holy fuck i feel old!

uh, moving on, i just think that if you're truely into something, it will always be a part of you even if it's put aside for a while. im sure when im like, my dad's age, i'll be telling my kids about green day just as he told and got me into Elvis, The Beatles, Black Sabbath and all this other stuff we listened to when he'd pick me up from school when i was like, 8years old.

Well, there are some people who have been a Green Day fan ever since Dookie, or even earlier. So it depends on the person.

I was obsessed with Green Day when I first started liking them (hehe which was around the time WCH came out), but I was pretty immature about it, like I only wanted to listen to them, and I couldn't listen to anything else other than them. I even felt bad when I felt as though I wasn't as obsessed as I was before. Now, I still like them, but I don't care as much. I mean, if there's a new GD song or news, I would still go crazy, but they just won't be on my mind 24/7 (like before). Since then, I've listened to many other bands, cause I know that they aren't the ONLY band that make good music, (I still consider them the best though). I kinda didn't care about GD stuff in the fall, cause school started, there was no new news, and I just didn't really care. The whole FBHT thing kinda brought it back though . Yeah, my point is, no matter what, they'll still be my main band, even if I do stop listening to them. And I used to be afraid of not liking them anymore too, but even if I do, it won't be a big deal.
