I've already posted my favourite on here before but I couldn't resist putting a couple of photos of my two favourite things. I've never seen anything like them before, they're not official merch or anything so these are my beloved treasures

This is a hand-painted canvas of Billie by an artist who does all different designs on canvas (including custom designs, custom t-shirts and photo prints on canvas) and they sell them for around £30 each (depending on size) in their gallery at a store called Afflecks Palace near me. The two artists are really talented (I have a custom Green Day Forever tee by them ) and I've seen paintings of the Clash, MCR, The Beatles, copies of Banksy etc.

This is a small replica of Blue I found in a gift shop in Stratford-Upon-Avon (of all place ) I actually bought it for £30 the day I was going to see my first Green Day gig in Birmingham 27/10/09-weird or what!

Looks fake because of the 2009 part. The 0's and the 9 aren't of the official Green Day font.... they are of the font that Nele and I made that was posted in the font thread a while ago.

Hi everyone!

Great forum you have here. My name is Jimmy from Perth in Western Australia. I was fortunate enough to win a prize pack from Warner music a few months back. Here's the email outlining what's in the pack:

Many of you would have seen the artwork from the book in the picture vault on Green Day Authority.

Once I received the pack I decided that I wanted to do something special with it and have it framed with all albums in mint original condition, never opened, never played. The book has only been opened once by me. (I already own every album, some two or three times over biggrin.gif )

When my Mum heard of this she said she'd get it done for my birthday through a friend of hers who is a professional framer. I got given it at my Birthday Brunch this morning (yes my birthday is on Halloween). I'm going to keep the protective wrapping around the egdes until we move house in a few weeks:

The next step is to try to arrange to have it signed while the band are in town in December (anyone with contacts who can help to achieve this please let me know. I would forever be in your debt)

During the Warning Era, if you would send Green Day a letter with a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope), they would mail you back that autographed picture. It's not a replica though, it's actually signed.

I found more shirts. Now I have 3 and a half plastic tubs full of Green Day shirts....doesn't count the jackets and hoodies I have in the closet.
