Everyone needs their privacy, and I can't imagine what it would be like to have people hounding you with cameras and love letters everyday. It just saddens me that there is a part of the population like that who exist.

Well, I have, at least, half a brain and working properly. Asking for their e-mail address, for example, has never crossed my mind (partly because I am well aware I would never get it). On the other hand, I wouldn't have the chance to see them walking down the street in order to get closer to them (if I did, I'd surely ask for an autograph maybe a picture but that's it) when I live in Argentina, would I? Or the chance to stalk them, would I? No. Then again, if I lived in California, let's say, I wouldn't be that stupid either.

So, I do respect their privacy but I do not care about it, meaning I am not really interested in their personal lives at all, to be honest; however, I do think it should be respected, just as anybody else's privacy. I do not go crazy over the rumours of Adrienne's pregnancy, Mike having a girlfriend or Tre being "available" again. Listening to the music they provide me with is more than enough, they are musicians and that's what they are for so I don't need anything else... Well, maybe one concert before I die, if that's possible, but that's it.

This is probably going to sound just like everything else written as i only read the first two pages but..

Green Day are famous being as big as they are being hassled comes along with the job and i guess they must of got overwhelmed by it all at first but their most probably used to it all by now.

I hate it when press make bullshit about them like just take a photo and then put a story thats aload of crap and doesnt relate to the picture then you get about 3 threads on some green day message boards going OH MY GOD is this true is this true and its like Its none of your buisness if its true or not so grow up relaise their normal people and its stalkerish to ask for their house address email address and like to read into everything and find out everything about their life its like give them the bit of privacy they do have please i mean BJ and Adie had to both move house caus a fan started stalking BJ.

Im not going to deny that if i seen them walking down the street (high;y unlikely where i live) and they werent with their family and werent busy i would probably just ask for an autogrpah and leave with a big buzz but if they were with their familys who they only get quality time with a few times because their always busy i would just totally leave them alone and not say anything to them, i mean we can see them in concert so why hassle them while their with their family.

I do agree to a certain extent but when the paps do get them they make a big deal out of it and make up some story. They do have privacy but not enough with obsessive weird fans following everymove they take.

but yea, i do respect their privacy. if i were to see one of the guys in a place like a grocery store, i probably wouldn't go up to them, because i would probably be the last person they would want to see.

I also have a theory that maybe one of the reasons billie died his hair finally was maybe because a lot of people have been recognizing him and annoying him when he's trying to take time off.
