^I know Billie and Tre are both credited for saying it..I think Tre said it first. I don't remember what interview exactly it was said, though. It's in a Green Day book I have saying Tre said it.

Oh god *hits self* that's one of my favourite songs, whyyyyy didn't I know (well, that's probably because I thought the lyrics were slightly different. my ability to hear what Billie's lyrics are is pathetically bad xD).... god I really am stupid.
