I Write Tragedies Not Sins Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 dammit! i know that song, my uncle played it once! dammit i cant remember the name argh!
frankoz Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 well i came across this thread, since i tried so damn hard to find the 3 unknown songs from kalxradio bootleg in 89. i read through the postings. i was just listening to a concert by sweet children that i downloaded from http://www.freewebs.com/greendaymediazone/...legslivemp3.htmthey're playing the mysterious song there too.now i opened the file from the very first posting in this thread, and it's opened in windows media player inside my browser. where you read about the bitrate, interpret, song title, album, etc. it is found that the interpret is green day, songtitle #14, and album is kalx 1989i don#t know whether i give you superfluous information, and you already know that, but maybe this will help, since the 14th song from kalx bootleg IS an unknown song.i got the 2 other songs, but one of them is incomplete though.may anyone post all of the unknown, unreleased old songs?please:)
1039slappygirl Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 I really love that song I know a video of Billie Joe playing it at his school is featured at a VH1 documentary about the band, but that's it. There was a YouTube video, also, where the person who uploaded it said it's title was "World vs. World" Then in other site, which name I can't remember, someone said it's title was "What About Today". It would be great if the band recorded a studio version of it, although that's nearly impossible
EvanAsFuck Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 none of the links are working for me!! I really wanna hear this, can someone post an alternate link or something?

I never actually linked the songs together as the same. Sorry, I just realized that, haha.
Katarina. Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 I wish the links worked, now I have no idea what the song sounds like, and if I either have the song or have listened to it.. But if this is about What About Today, or World vs World, or whatever it is called (I just named it unknown song), I LOVE that song. Can't stop listening to it
GenerationZer0 Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 None of the links appear to work. Dammit...
Kayfabe Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 dammit, is anyone else getting the broken link? None of the links appear to work. Dammit... oh, not the only one. and we even used the same curse. eerie.
Katarina. Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 I just read the older posts in this thread, and they are talking about that song indeed. The one you can also hear Billie playing for a bit at VH1 Driven or something, that is. The song is on Youtube for anyone who hasn't heard it yet. Here's the link to one of them.

Katarina. Addicted I guess xD EDIT: reading the older posts, then listening to the version I have, I think it's the same one! So I just uploaded the song on Sendspace for the ones who'd like to have it as well LINK!
